Rennovation
This suburban Boston home needed some major changes to move onto a new modern life. The kitchen was completely gutted to the studs, walls were removed, windows were added and lots of problems were fixed. An eclectic mix of materials gave this space a durable and comfortable feeling that reflex the casual life style of the owners.
Lakehouse New Construction
This was a huge bathroom space with vaulted ceilings and very little design. This much space offers so many possibilities. The floor plan was reversed entirely, moving the toilet compartment from the far side of the room closer to the bedroom. This opened up a generous corner for a new shower with a cozy drying platform. Cabinetry holds towels and lotions to pamper yourself as you prepare for your day. The new tub takes advantage of the large windows and ceiling volumes, making a very special spot to relax. Big vanity drawers hold all you need so the counter can stay clear. A neutral color palette with just a touch of bling finishes off the space. Keep the Cabinets
If your cabinets are good quality and have lots of life left you can save so much on your project. These solid wood cabinets just needed to be cleaned and given a fresh finish. New hinges and hardware and they are better than new. New cabinetry that was needed was designed to matched the original cabinets, but finished to match other furniture pieces used in the dining room. This area holds a huge refrigerator, a microwave drawer, a built in coffee machine, a charging station, and a spot for mail and cook books. A custom glass counter was design to give guest a place to perch while waiting for dinner. A new floor tile, counter tops and lighting rounds out this handsome remodel.
